6mm Diameter Ball Screw

Ball Screw Preload method

Generally, a method of Double Nut Preload by inserting a spacer between two Nuts is adopted.

SCREWTECH Ball Screw adopts Oversized Ball Preload by inserting Balls slightly bigger than space between Screw Shaft and Nut.

As a result, it can eliminate Axial play even with a Single Nut and it is possible to maintain compact.

Moreover, operating performance will never be deteriorated by using spacer Balls(Balls with slightly smaller diameter than those of the oversize Balls) alternatively with oversize Balls.
