SFT Mini Ball Screw 1003 for CNC machine, designed and produced by our own brand WKT, widely used in machine field. 1003 Ball Screw also called 1003 ball Bearing screws, 1003 recirculating ball screws, consist of screw spindle and a 1003 Ball Screw Nut integrated with balls and balls’ return mechanism, return tubes or return caps. 1003 ball screw nut is Floating deflector cycle mode, and the nut shape is customized according customers' requirement. The diameter length is 10mm, the lead/pitch length is 3 mm.
Features：
(1) Lead Accuracy Up to Grade C3 C5 C7 and C10 ,screws have been Standardized. C5 on request. 
(2) Precision Ground ball nut High Precision Ball Nut are interchangeable between ground and rolled screws. 
(3) Available to ship separately ball screw and ball nuts can be shipped separated ensure shortest delivery time. The ball nuts are standardized with light preload, also the preload value can be adjusted to zero or heavy.

The diameter of one of the screw shaft ends must be less than the screw shaft root diameter, otherwise ball nut cannot be installed.
