Metric fine thread and Metric coarse thread based on JIS are standardized as SCREWTECH Precision Lead Screws, but Trapezoidal Thread, Unified screw thread, ACME screw thread, special Pitch, and multiple start thread are also available. Nut configuration is not restricted and it is possible to manufacture in accordance with customer's design. Please consult SCREWTECH with your sketch.
The products in this series incorporate lubricating agent, so they can be used without oiling. The Shaft is manufactured from SUS304 or SUS303 (stainless steel), which gives excellent corrosion resistance. Wide range of combination of Shaft dia. and Lead are available. Most model is standard in stock, but Nut material can be changed to order based on the environment. Selecting backlash free type, Axial play can be zero.

Types of thread rolling
Infeed rolling
Infeed rolling uses a timed cycle for increased production. It's used for general rolling of parts up to the maximum length of the dies, and also shouldered or headed work pieces like bolts.
Main Characteristics of Infeed Rolling Processes:
Helix angle is ground on the dies surface;
Work piece and dies are kept parallel on the machine;
Work piece rotates between the dies, presenting a little or no axial movement.
Thrufeed rolling
Thrufeed rolling is used for rolling threads that exceed the maximum length of the dies, as well as for continuous rolling of long thread bars.
Main Characteristics of Through-feed Rolling Processes:
It typically uses annular ring type dies presenting the thread form ground on the die in straight rings with no helix.
Helix angle is performed on components by tilting the machine`s spindles to the same helix as the work piece.
Multiple start threads (within range of machine) can be rolled by increasing helix angle tilt on the machine.
Speed-up dies are used for high-speed rolling.

BEAREE AS5000(PPS Resign: Poly Phenylene Sulfide) Nuts and Stainless (SUS304) Shafts are employed. This Lead Screw with low operation noise is able to be used as wide use.
Wide use: Becasue Screw surface are smooth and its lead is high, the reversed operation can be easy.
