How does the electric counterpoint platform work?

A counterpoint platform is a combination of two working objects by using XY moving elements plus slight rotation at θ angles.

2.UVW counterpoint platform: two groups of X electric modules and one group of Y electric modules are superimposed and an electric rotating mechanism is placed above them to become a UVW counterpoint platform with higher accuracy than the former


3.XXY counterpoint platform: it is a XXY counterpoint platform composed of two X axis electric modules and a Y axis electric module plus a free axis module. He can use the turntable installed in the axis module to produce a micro rotation of θ Angle when the XXY axis moves together, and the accuracy is quite high


4.XXYY counterpoint platform: as the name implies, it is a XXYY counterpoint platform composed of two X-axis electric modules and two Y-axis electric modules. The accuracy, counterpoint speed and rigidity of the body are the highest among the above products and the most difficult to manufacture


Counterpoint platform was first originated from Germany. The method adopted is to use pin pin to toggle the frame with magnetic switch, so that the motionless glass above can be combined with the frame below.
