Different application occasions and application requirements require different determination and selection. So how do you choose the right mod?
The following selection points are suggested here:
1. Load, that is, how much weight the positioning module needs to load;Correspondingly, when selecting a model, first refer to the above requirements to determine the detailed parameter requirements of the module:
1. In actual use, objects with heavy loads need to be measured in practice. When the load is greater than 15KG, Ball Screw drive or rack and pinion drive is required.2. For the actual selection, the effective stroke needs to be about 50mm longer than the actual one to reserve room for expansion.
3. Manipulators with different purposes have different motion precision requirements. Generally, the motion precision of the stepping motor driven synchronous belt module can reach 0.02mm. When the servo motor drives the ball screw, the motion precision can reach 0.01mm. However, when the useful stroke is greater than 400mm, the movement accuracy will be reduced.
