High quality TaiWan AKD Support Unit AF series AKD standard support units for threaded rod：The support seat is the Bearing that connects the screw rod and the motor. The structure and features are the standard Ball Screw stock shaft end products, and the standard support unit EK, EF type is prepared, and the standard support unit BK, BF type is prepared for the general ball screw. . The support unit on the fixed side is equipped with a JIS5 angular contact ball bearing adjusted by preload. Especially in the ultra-compact type of EK6 and 8, the ultra-compact angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45° developed for the ultra-compact ball screw is installed, which can obtain high rigidity, high precision and stable rotation performance. The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The internal bearing of the support unit EK and BK type is packed with a proper amount of lithium soap-based grease, sealed with a special sealing gasket, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.
